Job Overview We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to adults living with intellectual disabilities. The DSP will champion individuals to live their highest quality of life and maintain excellence in person-centered supports and services. Responsibilities Provide individualized support to adults with intellectual disabilities, ensuring safety and quality of life. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Related experience providing support to adults with disabilities. Basic computer skills. Current Virginia driver’s license. Compensation & Benefits Market rate pay, shift differential pay, time and half paid for holidays. Staff receive 100% coverage of health/medical benefits and 100% life insurance, with matching up to 3% of your 401(k) contribution. Schedule 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Pay Range $17.00 - $19.00 hourly.
