Packaging Coordinator, Home Textiles

Our client, an established home textiles company, is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to manage the end-to-end packaging process across multiple brands and product categories.

NYC | Hybrid – 3 days onsite

$75K–$90K

This role is a project management/coordination position responsible for ensuring the right information, assets, approvals, and production files move between teams on time. Ideal candidates should have prior packaging experience and should come from the textile industry.

• Manage packaging projects from RFQ through final approval and production
• Coordinate across Product, Brand, Design, Production, vendors & overseas teams
• Own timelines, trackers, approvals, samples, and deadlines
• 3–4+ years project coordination/management experience
• Consumer products, home, apparel, retail, packaging, or licensing experience preferred
• Strong Excel, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Packaging/print production knowledge strongly preferred
