Litigation Paralegal (Commercial Litigation) - Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy commercial litigation practice in Boca Raton, FL . This is an onsite role for a paralegal who can manage litigation support tasks with minimal supervision, maintain deadlines, and coordinate closely with attorneys and clients throughout the life of a case.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on commercial litigation matters from inception through trial/arbitration, as needed.
• Draft, format, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence.
• Assist with case management and calendaring , including tracking court deadlines, hearings, and deposition schedules.
• Manage and organize case files (electronic and hard copy), including document indexing and maintaining litigation binders.
• Coordinate discovery : collect documents, prepare productions, summarize records, and assist with privilege logs.
• Support deposition/hearing/trial preparation: exhibit lists, witness files, trial notebooks, and coordination with vendors/court reporters.
• Perform legal and factual research as assigned.
• E-file documents in Florida state and/or federal courts (as applicable) and ensure compliance with local rules and formatting requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience (required)
• Demonstrated experience supporting litigation teams with discovery, deadlines, and trial prep
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate and/or formal paralegal training
• Experience with Florida e-filing portals and federal e-filing (CM/ECF)
• Experience with document management systems and e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.)
• Prior trial support experience
