Role Description The Front Desk Agent role at Horizon Office Services is a full-time remote position responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and chat inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling and virtual visitor check-ins. The Front Desk Agent maintains accurate records, updates logs and calendars, and supports basic administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to resolve client questions, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. The position requires consistent availability during designated business hours and comfort working in a structured, service-oriented environment.\n
