Assistant Project Manager

Reliable Commercial

Helping in the planning, procurement and execution of project. Must have experience in General Contracting. Read and understand construction plans. Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values. Understanding of contractual documents. Helping to oversee budgets and stay on schedule. Communicate with vendors and clients. Keep PM informed of construction progress. Working closely with the Project Manager. Visiting job sites if necessary. Pay range to be discussed at interview.
