Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with G's brand objectives and target markets.
- To grow and engage followers, as well as maximize brand awareness across social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing and communication strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to maximize engagement & growth and enhance G's social media presence.
- Analyze the local market and competitors to understand how to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
