Client company: NEW Number of people: 1 or 2 as a couple Period: Start date earliest: 15 May 2026 No of hours per week: Minimum 40 hours per week (up to 50 hours) Pay per hour: Euro 15.75 per hour Swedish Self-Employment recruitment, with expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual income level. Qualifications: Communicative English is a must / Swedish is a plus. Driver's licence B is a must. Experience from a chicken farm or a general animal farm. Required. Positive attitude towards teamwork. Positive attitude towards physical work. Good health condition. Candidate profile: We are looking for a responsible and committed person with knowledge of animal production, preferably with previous experience in chicken production. Candidates will work closely with and take direction from our supervisor in the chicken production department. Both female and male candidates are welcome. Selection process: Assessment starts with a CV review, possibly followed by an online interview. Approved candidates sign a probationary agreement for the 14 first days of the test period. After 14 days, the candidate signs a contract for the remaining period as self‑employed in Sweden. Task: Daily supervision of laying hens and egg packaging, plus related tasks in egg production. The role may also include basic repairs, cleaning, and general building maintenance. Accommodations and Benefits: Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards and includes Wi‑Fi access. Contractors have individual bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. The accommodation is located on the farm, about 9 km from the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, and health centre. A car may be borrowed from the farm manager for essential errands when needed. Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for assignments up to one year. Salary is based on self‑employment with assistance to register and file with authorities. Support by Dolphin internal staff for administration, travel and miscellaneous details. Work clothes are provided by the client. Bed linen is not provided.
