We are working with a well-established organization in the York, PA area that is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key position with visibility across the organization, where you will play a hands-on role in both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic planning. What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead all aspects of financial operations including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with executive leadership to support business strategy and decision-making
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track performance
- Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage audit processes and maintain external relationships
- Oversee cash flow, banking, and treasury functions
- Guide daily accounting activities including AP, AR, and payroll
- Build and develop a strong finance team
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Strong background in finance leadership within a complex operating environment
- Experience overseeing full-cycle accounting and financial planning
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution
