Front of House Team Member - Full Time
UKRAFT Brunch Cafe | 14888 Clayton Rd

As a Front of House Team Member at UKRAFT Brunch Cafe, you'll be the dynamic face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. In our vibrant and fast-paced environment, you'll interact with customers, take orders, and assist with food and beverage service, all while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that makes our café special.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell delicious food and beverages.
Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized section to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule

Full-time availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
