Database Analyst Senior
Deliver insights to help our clients turn data into action as a Database Analyst Senior at GDIT. Your work will provide transformative solutions to our clients’ big-data obstacles and help advance the mission. Here, you can make a meaningful impact on our clients’ mission and on your career. HOW A DATABASE ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and administering databases, including security, access, and documentation
● Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluates, installs and administers database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management
● Designs and implements databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods
● May provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of a database environment
● Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required
● Certification: Database Administration (DBA) and 8570 compliant Sec+
