Title: LPN - Correctional/Public Health Nursing

Requirements:
- Active New York LPN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications
- Conduct health assessments
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Work in a structured, fast-paced correctional environment with comprehensive security support

Compliance / Notes:
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
- Submittal documentation includes SSN and DOB, RTO, valid state license, and BLS certification
- Accepts first-time and local travelers at the same rate; returning staff must be away for 2 years from any New York state facility
