Successful candidates will be reliable, efficient, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare guest rooms according to company standardsChange bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenitiesClean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and other surfacesVacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areasRemove trash and soiled linens from guest roomsReport maintenance issues, damages, or safety concernsMaintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipmentFollow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsQualificationsPrevious housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or hospitality experience preferredStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and customer-service orientedAbility to follow directions and cleaning proceduresFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays as neededWork EnvironmentHotels, resorts, and hospitality propertiesFast-paced environment with daily room quotas and guest service expectationsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and liftingExposure to cleaning products and cleaning equipmentOpportunities for long-term placement with reputable hospitality employersEmployment eligibility will be verified through the E-Verify program.
