Sr Financial Analyst - Treasury

Sr. Financial Analyst - Treasury Full-time / Benefits Eligible Summary As a key contributor to the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Treasury function for the company. Responsibilities include monitoring, forecasting and moving cash on a daily and weekly basis to ensure working capital maximization. Minimum Qualifications Formal Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Healthcare experience preferred Experience and Training Required: Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis, with deep experience with Excel Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: Maintains a high degree of confidentiality regarding financial matters Strong analytical skills, hands‑on problem‑solving abilities, and experience in accounting/treasury management software (e.g., Lawson, Remitra) and accounting principles (GAAP) Works cooperatively and effectively with management and teammates in a financial advisory capacity Strong experience in developing Microsoft Excel based financial models Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self‑respect and dignity Accountable for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy Level of Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
