Essential qualifications and preferred experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior background in school-based services is an advantage
• Proficiency with AAC devices
• Solid understanding of IEPs and progress monitoring

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric populations
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Work closely with caregivers, families, and a multidisciplinary team of PTs, SLPAs, and OTs to maximize student outcomes
• Track and communicate patient progress regularly
• Ensure accurate and thorough recordkeeping and documentation
