Senior IT Specialist A Pioneer Industrial Company in Alexandria – Egypt is looking for a Senior IT Specialist with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working at high‑capacity companies who goes beyond traditional help‑desk management. Maintain all facilities related to technology support (Software & Hardware). The candidate must be collaborative and supportive for his colleagues, dedicating his time to serve and keep the workplace maintained properly. Core Responsibilities Cybersecurity & Resilience: Implement a Zero‑Trust Architecture. ERP & OT Integration: Oversee the optimization of our ERP (SAP Specifically) to ensure it talks directly to all company’s departments. Infrastructure Scalability: Manage the transition to Hybrid Cloud/Edge Computing, enabling AI‑driven predictive maintenance for our teams. Strategic Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage the hardware vendors and software providers to ensure 99.9% system availability. Technical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related Engineering or similar. 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Deep knowledge of Firewall management, SD‑WAN, and SQL Database administration. Leadership Profile The "Manager" Mindset: We need a leader who prioritizes team requirements and strategic planning over individual troubleshooting.
