Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine therapeutic needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-centered goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Facilitate patient and family education on therapeutic strategies and exercises.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Meditech Expanse.
• Participate in weekend rotation as per facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.
• Proficient with typical inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment.
• Familiarity with Meditech (Expanse) documentation system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to function well independently.
