What You Will Get In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Qualifications & Pay Range Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Clinic Manager Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program Management experience preferred Current or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association Compensation Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) Company Overview A Top Workplace At PT Solutions,we’remore than colleagues;we’rea tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
