Own end-to-end data quality strategy across RMN; define standards, validation, and reconciliation; drive cross-team coordination (Product, Eng, Ops, P2P); establish data ownership & accountability reporting (who creates errors, trends, scorecards)

Data quality & governance frameworks

Strong SQL / analytics

Cross-functional leadership

Data lifecycle expertise (capture ? flow ? reporting)
