Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Our hygienists are responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist and for providing general support to the office. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and seek opportunities for same‑day care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Requirements: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
