The opportunities are endless.Join our team at **Mariani Landscape** as a full-time **Crew Leader** for our **Rockland location**. This individual will oversee landscaping crews to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures, provide training, supervise crew activities, and address job site issues.**Responsibilities:*** Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew.* Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.* Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance.* Monitor and report progress and issues to management.* Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.* Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns.* Foster a positive and productive work environment.* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process.**Required Skills:*** Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.* Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.* Valid driver's license.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
