Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some Fridays

About the Opportunity


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about working with children and enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help pediatric patients achieve their developmental and functional goals.

The practice provides family-centered, play-based therapy services, working closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, caregivers, and families to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and all required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Present patient cases during team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean treatment environment.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current Alaska Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for providing family-centered pediatric care.
