Develop and monitor service plans. Ensure services are effectively coordinated and provided. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, or related program area is required. Proficient with computers. Experience with the Home and Community Based Services waiver program.
