Client Services Manager

Client Services Manager Location: Windsor, CA. Work from home with limited office time. Company: Ameriprise Financial, a Fortune 500 investment and financial planning firm. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to our Windsor based financial services practice and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ financial goals. Responsibilities Assist financial advisor with client meetings, including preparing meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and following up on action items. Manage client communication, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Perform administrative tasks such as organizing client files, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients. Collaborate with other Ameriprise team members, management and support personnel as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or associate’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience in Salesforce CRM a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Benefits Starting salary $26-30 per hour at 20 hours per week with bonus/increased hours contingent on training, retention and practice performance. Flexible schedule.
