Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Position We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focused on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation during the visit. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Collect data for the health plan and facilitate referrals or communication with the member’s primary care provider. Compensation Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% or 160% (depending on working counties) with our Market Multiplier. Availability Incentives based on weekly availability. Incentive rates are subject to change. Area exclusions apply. Benefits & Opportunities Shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term assignment. Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in certain states. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Malpractice coverage. Qualifications MD or DO physician. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with support) is strongly preferred. Ability to travel to home visits as required.
