Expo
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask quickly and efficiently, and ensures all food orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to guests.
Responsibilities- Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Ensure all food orders are prepared correctly and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Verify order accuracy before food leaves the kitchen.
- Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station.
- Assist with resolving order issues quickly and professionally.
- Support teamwork and efficient kitchen operations during high-volume shifts.
- Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
