This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customer service or healthcare support who can confidently manage complex patient interactions while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of inbound patient calls with professionalism and compassionProvide accurate information, guidance, and support to patients and callersDocument interactions thoroughly and in real timeNavigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining call qualityHandle sensitive information with strict confidentiality (HIPAA awareness)De-escalate concerns and resolve issues effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely patient supportRequired Qualifications2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experienceDemonstrated experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactionsExcellent verbal communication and professional phone presenceStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsAccurate typing skills with the ability to document while speakingStrong attention to detail, spelling, and grammarProven reliability and consistent work historyProfessional maturity and sound judgmentPreferred QualificationsHealthcare, medical office, or patient support experienceFamiliarity with medical terminologyExperience working with electronic systems or multiple databasesPrevious experience in a regulated or confidential environmentHire Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
