Sales/Account Administrator (Woodstock)

About the Opportunity Working in our Woodstock office, the Sales / Account Administrator is responsible for a variety of duties in support of the sales, shipping and finance departments. Specific Accountabilities Contact customers to verify shipping details for production orders. Notify shipping contacts when orders have been shipped. Handle shipping related customer relations. Assist the sales team to maintain customer credit accounts and ensure credit accounts are in good standing for upcoming order placement. Prepare and review invoices. Follow up with customers to ensure receipt and internal processing of invoices. Assist sales team with end user relationship management – product registration management. Generate sales reports and documentation as requested by management. Skills Experience with Salesforce or an ERP system is an asset. Confidence using Microsoft Office. Previous general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to deal with multiple deadlines, frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Ability to develop rapport with customers via email and over the phone.
