Job Title: Trade Finance Product Owner
Job Location: Mississauga, ON- Canada
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for Trade Finance products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Drive enhancements across Letters of Credit, Import/Export Finance, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Supply Chain Finance .
• Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to deliver digital and process transformation initiatives .
• Prioritize features based on business value, client needs, risk, and regulatory requirements .
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews .
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, process improvement, and enhanced client experience .
• Support product testing, implementation, rollout, and post-production enhancements.
• Act as the SME for Trade Finance and provide guidance to technology and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance / Trade Services / Banking.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and lifecycle .
• Experience with Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, or Supply Chain Finance .
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager .
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, JIRA, user stories, and backlog management .
• Strong understanding of trade finance workflows, banking systems, and digital transformation .
• Experience working with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience with Citi/TTS, Core Trade, Trade Services, SWIFT, ISO 20022, UCP 600, URDG 758, or other ICC trade rules .
