Internship Opportunity

Niche staffing firm with HNW clientele seeks academic year intern for varied office tasks. These include:

• Answering phones
• Making (in Canva and Adobe) candidate dossiers
• Calendar, including scheduling Zoom appointments
• Running background checks
• Doing reference checks
• Writing blog posts
• Supporting the principal
• Screening candidates for positions
• Office management (ordering supplies, keeping things organized)
• Attending meetings

Past interns have learned, above all, the subtle practices of working effectively in an office setting which seems obvious but has a learning curve all of its own. The environment is relatively informal and collaborative, with an emphasis on a high quality of work.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a competitive undergraduate program
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• A genuine interest in people - personalities, how they interact with others, and fits to specific work environments

$25/hr, 10-15hrs/week, days/times flexible
