About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley. As an OT at our facility, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their highest level of independence and function through tailored therapy plans. You will assess patients' needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional needs

·         Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

·         Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals

·         Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

·         Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans and progress

Requirements:

·         A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

·         Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nevada

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
