Inventory coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize inventory across our main warehouse, satellite locations, and global remote sites. This is a highly visible client-facing role that requires analytical skills, vendor management, and hands‑on inventory control. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee and track inventory across the central warehouse, manned satellite locations, and global remote sites. Cycle Counting & Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform detailed root‑cause analysis. Aging Analysis: Monitor and analyze inventory aging to optimize stock levels and prevent obsolescence. Procurement & Purchasing: Source inventory and warehouse supplies from various vendors and manage the creation of Purchase Orders (POs). Client Relations: Act as a primary client contact, ensuring excellent service through extensive email communication and timely follow‑ups. Data Reporting: Track metrics and present findings using spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, and proprietary software. Requirements & Physical Demands: Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and inventory management systems. Physical ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Experience: 1-3 Years Compensation: The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
