About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on complex discovery and information governance issues, leading client engagements, and developing discovery strategies. This senior-level attorney will also be involved in drafting a wide range of legal documents, including ESI agreements, protective orders, and various motions and memoranda. The role requires a strong focus on client service, the ability to work with a diverse range of clients, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal practice. Applicants for the Senior eDiscovery Counsel position at the company should have a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, be admitted to a U.S. bar, and have a significant background in law firm practice.
