As our portfolio continues to grow across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, we're looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to support a number of strategic regional initiatives. This is an initial 3-month contract, with a preference for engaging the successful candidate on a freelance/consultancy basis. We are also open to considering candidates on a fixed-term employment contract. Scope Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, Lifestyle, EAME , you will support the delivery of several high-priority Lifestyle Group marketing projects across the region. You'll work closely with the EAME Lifestyle team, hotel teams, Brand, Commercial, PR, Digital and creative partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand and to an exceptional standard. This role is focused on project delivery rather than day-to-day operational marketing, with responsibility for coordinating multiple workstreams across hotel openings, strategic marketing initiatives and regional priorities. Projects currently include: Supporting the marketing launch of Thompson Rome Coordinating marketing activity for the opening of Thompson Seville Delivering strategic marketing projects across The Lifestyle Group's portfolio of brands Supporting regional brand initiatives, market research and cross-functional business projects What you'll be doing Managing marketing critical paths from planning through to delivery Coordinating multiple stakeholders across Brand, Commercial, Operations, PR, Digital and hotel teams Managing agencies, creative production and campaign deliverables Coordinating website content, digital launches and marketing assets Supporting hotel openings, launch events, partnerships and communications Preparing presentations, project updates and executive reporting Conducting market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives Keeping multiple projects moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Qualifications What we're looking for You’ll be an organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys making things happen. Comfortable working independently, you’ll be equally confident coordinating senior stakeholders, managing agencies and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems. You'll ideally bring: Around 5+ years' experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or travel marketing Experience managing hotel openings or complex marketing projects Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Experience working with creative agencies, digital marketing and website platforms Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, hands on approach with exceptional attention to detail Role: Project Marketing Manager, EAME Contract: Freelance/Consultancy preferred, with the option of a Fixed-Term Contract for the right candidate Duration: Initial 3-month contract Commitment: 40 hours per week Location: London (hybrid), with some travel across EAME Remuneration: Competitive, dependent on experience This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping some of the most exciting projects across Hyatt's Lifestyle Group in EAME.
