Job Title PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Med-Surg LTAC Hospital Location Oklahoma City, OK Schedule PRN Day and Night Shifts (7a 7p / 7p 7a) Agency Hire Energy Staffing About the Role Our LTAC hospital is seeking experienced PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide care in our Med‑Surg units. This position is ideal for RNs with strong Med‑Surg skills and recent LTAC experience who want flexible scheduling while working with patients who have complex medical needs. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to Med‑Surg patients with acute and chronic conditions. Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and treatment responses. Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Support patient recovery and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records. Requirements Active RN license in Oklahoma. ACLS certification (required). Prior and recent Med‑Surg experience in an LTAC setting (required). Excellent assessment, organizational, and teamwork skills. Flexible availability for PRN 12‑hour day or night shifts. Must have RN License in state of assignment. Medical‑Surgical LTACH Experience. LTACH ICU Experience. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. BLS Certification. English proficiency.
