SMOKE PUBLIC HOUSE, located in the heart of West Hartford, CT, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. What You’ll Be DoingAs a Bartender at SMOKE PUBLIC HOUSE, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
