Requirements:
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Responsibilities include:
Lead by example and create an outstanding guest experience every shift.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Assist in achieving sales goals and operational objectives.
Build a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and fun.
What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
