Senior Associate Attorney: Construction & Insurance Defense Our practice represents businesses, insurers, contractors, and commercial clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. While this position will have a strong emphasis on construction litigation and premises liability defense, we are also interested in speaking with attorneys who have a solid background in insurance defense and are looking to expand their practice. What You'll Handle: 1900 Billable hour expectation. Hybrid work environment. Construction defect and construction-related litigation Premises liability defense General liability and personal injury defense Insurance defense matters involving bodily injury and property damage claims Complex civil litigation from inception through trial or resolution Responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, participating in mediations, communicating directly with clients and insurance carriers, and preparing cases for trial. Interested Candidates Should Have: JD and licensed to practice in IL.
