Bartender

We're seeking a committed, personable, and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team at The Landing Eatery and Pub. As a bartender, you'll serve as the face of our bar and a key touchpoint for our guests. Successful candidates will deliver exceptional service and ensure customers enjoy a positive dining experience with us. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel appreciated and valued. Accurately mix and serve drinks, paying close attention to individual preferences and dietary requirements. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our drink menu and effectively upsell food and beverage items when appropriate. Promptly serve drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy of order and presentation standards. Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly with a positive attitude. Efficiently handle transactions and process payments, maintaining accuracy and integrity. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience as a Bartender Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
