The role requires monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to changes in their conditions. The RN will administer medications and perform necessary procedures as prescribed. Collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans is essential. The nurse will educate patients and their families about health conditions and care options. Documentation of patient care and progress is required for compliance and coordination. Maintaining a safe environment for patients and adhering to all safety protocols is vital. Participation in ongoing training and professional development activities is expected.
