Mental Health Clinician, SOS: Street Outreach & Housing

ACMH, INC. is seeking a Mental Health Clinician for the Safe Options Support (SOS) program. The role focuses on community outreach on streets and subways, coordinating participants’ needs during transition from street living to home, and strengthening daily living skills through supportive counseling and advocacy against discrimination and healthcare inequities. The position reports to the Team Leader, SOS, with a schedule of Sundays through Thursdays (9:00am-5:00pm). #J-18808-Ljbffr ACMH, INC.
