The Clinic Lead provides leadership and team management for the nursing staff, medical assistants and provides input to the management of patient service coordinators, and laboratory/radiology technicians in the Medical Center. The Clinic supervisor administers clinical policies to ensure the provision of quality patient care, efficient use of resources, compliance with regulatory policies and patient satisfaction with services at AdventHealth Manchester's Physician Practice.

- Pertinent data are collected using appropriate assessment techniques and instruments.
- Relevant data are documented in a retrievable form.
- The data collection process is systematic and ongoing.
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
- High School Grad or Equiv
- Technical/Vocational School
- 3 medical experience
- 1 LPN experience
- 1 in management
- Phlebotomy experience
