ASRS Training Schedule (Roughly Until Summertime)

• 1st Shift 
  • Monday - Wednesday

• 6:15 AM - 2:33 PM

1. Thursday & Friday (ASRS Training Up to 12 Hours)

• 6:15 AM – 6:15 PM

Official Shift (After Training)

• 2nd Shift
  • Monday – Friday (Possibly Saturday, if needed)

• 2:27 PM – 10:45 PM

1.         SUMMARY : Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the maintenance requirements and preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure and maintain all equipment, buildings, and property in proper condition. 

2.         DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform highly diversified duties to direct and/or maintain facilities and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facilities and/or equipment during production, scheduled maintenance, repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Performs or supervises mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Performs basic building repairs, basic electrical repairs, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Read and understand technical drawings (example: blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics, etc.) to repair and maintain equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments or recommend subcontractors to address such problems.
• Coordinate and supervise regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Interfaces with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs; ensures timely response to requests.
• Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected; ensures property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensures accurate record keeping of all Inspection Reports and documents that are required for Internal and External audits and record keeping.
• Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
• Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
• Performs other related duties assigned by management.

ASRS Support

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the functions of the machine and have the ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments in the HMI.
• Maintains daily production and quality records, operates the equipment in a safe manner, and keeps the work area clean.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain records of downtime causes and duration.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to counterparts that may be from other cultures or backgrounds.
• Execute standard safety procedures with energized equipment and follow all safety guidelines given by equipment manufacturer.

3.         QUALIFICATIONS :

• Four to five years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws; implements OSHA and ADA guidelines and programs.
• Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of repairs on equipment (example: dock equipment and levelers, pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment, electronic/electrical equipment, etc.)
• Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery and other power equipment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
