Audit & Tax Associate - Marietta, Georgia

Key Responsibilities: Support new audit client onboarding and engagement setup Participate in risk assessment, planning, fieldwork and audit completion Prepare workpapers and audit documentation using Thomson Reuters Engagement Prepare audit schedules and reconciliations Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures Analyze financial information and identify potential risk areas Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns using UltraTax Support bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks Assist with federal and state compliance and year-end reporting Research audit, accounting and tax questions Collaborate with accounting, advisory, payroll and operations teams Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field 3+ years of audit, accounting and/or tax experience Comfortable working across audit, tax and accounting Working knowledge of US GAAP and audit procedures Public accounting or external audit experience is a plus CPA or EA is a strong plus; candidates actively pursuing CPA are encouraged to apply Thomson Reuters Engagement, UltraTax and QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast learner with strong follow-through and collaboration skills Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based bonus Medical, dental and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training Growth opportunities Hybrid work environment International team across four continents Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
