This role primarily involves caring for boarder patients, which may include those requiring medical-surgical, step down, or ICU care. The position may also require the nurse to float to an acute care unit when necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are required. Resume should exhibit no gaps in employment. ED skills checklist and references specific to Emergency Department experience are required. Submit demographic information, including a badge-appropriate photo. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Assess and triage patients effectively to ensure timely and appropriate treatment.
