Here's the reality of this role:

• $120K-$130K base +$5k sign on bonus
• Monday-Friday 8-5
• Light Saturday rotation only (short hours, not every week)
• 18-22 patients per day - not 30+
• Strong support staff (you're not doing 5 jobs at once)
• Full benefits + PTO
