Expectations:

Operate a four position telecommunication center focusing on customer service to handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages and paging, two-way walkie-talkie system, all alarms, beeper system and elevator systems. Maintain all internal information for up-to-date call processing requirements.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent, PBX experience and/or excellent customer service skills preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
1 year previous experience as a PBX operator preferred. Knowledge of medical paging services and practices, preferred. Excellent customer service skills.

SKILLS:
Have a pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $25.45 - $27.36.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
