Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Rate: $60/hr. on C2C

Candidates with 12-month validity

Interview Mode : MS teams

Experience: 10+ years (Lead level candidate)

Location : Irving, TX-Hybrid (Need local candidate only)

Visa: USC/GC

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years technical acumen in enterprise infrastructure functionality, tools, and operational processes within a financial services environment.

3+ years experience using enterprise execution and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau).

3+ years experience using Tableau, including self managed extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes and data modeling.

5+ years experience translating data into actionable insights and solution oriented recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in a Strategic Technology Planning, PMO, or operational excellence function.

Background in automation, workflow optimization, or control/process modernization initiatives.

Familiarity with risk, compliance, and governance processes in large enterprise environments.

Experience supporting executive level decision making through data visualization and structured analysis.
