Position Summary:
We are looking for skilled craftsmen with 3-4 years of woodworking experience, or equivalent applicable skills (such as manufacturing, carpentry, machinist, etc.), that have an aptitude and willingness to learn and work alone and with a team to build high-end custom cabinetry. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality results from start to finish.
Candidate Qualifications:- Ability to read shop drawings and perform work assigned with no oversight needed.
- Can safely and efficiently operate table saw, chop saw, router, orbital sander, and pneumatic tools.
- Displays excellent communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of millwork products including laminates, solid surface, and painted finishes.
- Will demonstrate principles of safety for self and others daily.
- Performs all duties in a manner that promotes and encourages teamwork and discourages drama.
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work 10-12-hour shifts for 4 to 6 days a week as needed for production.
