Family Nurse Practitioner In a manner consistent and supportive of our values, the Provider is responsible for delivering high quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. The Provider must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting, respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment, and provide outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ history, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations. Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue a queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols. Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality of care standards. Adhere to the Company’s Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training. Provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities to support new employee training. Maintain confidence, credibility, friendly, and cordial relations with all employees and clients. Perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands. Be knowledgeable and comply with Company standards of operations. Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; Full‑Time Employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Additional Requirements and Responsibilities for Ancillary Providers Responsible for on‑call periodic duty throughout the year. Experience Levels Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year of experience and less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). Experience: At least 1‑2 years as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice. License and Certification: Active Family Nurse Practitioner License and DEA registration; DOT certification for FT and PT providers required within 120 days of employment. Provider must be able to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
