p Passageway Financial is looking for a Client Success Manager who will own the relationship with a portfolio of small business clients and act as the primary point of contact. You will coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and planning projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
p You will monitor deadlines, communicate proactively, and schedule quarterly tax planning meetings. The role requires strong financial literacy, excellent communication, and a highly organized, cadence-driven approach to keep clients informed and confident.
